Excercise Library

This library of exercises has been created to provide you with a reference on how to properly complete each exercise. REMEMBER, proper weight lifting is NOT about the amount of weight you are lifting it is about the number of reps you are doing. Many of these exercises will start with you lifting only the free weight bar, which is 45 pounds. If you are straining to complete the exercise you are trying to lift too much weight.

As always, NEVER lift alone.
